Buying our Products

You start to buy when click the button "Add to basket" from each of our products.
After that you should do as follows:
- click on "Check out",
- "Sign in" - your authentication,
- Continue Checkout Procedure untill you finished.
You've successfully finished the order, when proforma invoice is edited and sent to your email
Payment
Donatella offers you the following payments:

2) Payment into account
After finishing your shopping, you will receive to your e-mail the proforma invoice

we ask you to send to our e-mail(office@donatella.ro) the payment confirmation. From now on your order will be delivered the soonest.
Your order will be delivered in about 5 days and you will pay when receiveing the goods to the carrier.
Transport and Delivery
Your order will be delivered in about 7-10 days from the order moment.
All the prices ( including transport cost) includes VAT.
Transport tax by carrier:
- 25 euro for orders higher than 250 euro,
- 35 euro for orders less than 250 euro.
In case of exhaustion stock, we can reproduce it in 2-3 days and in accordance with your will we will deliver the order.
Return Policy
The buyer has the right to notify the seller that he gives up to the goods without penalities or any other reason in 10 working days from the receiving date of goods.
You must call to 004 0743 435 944 and will receive an AWB number.
The goods should be in the same state as were delivered. The return transport taxes are payed by the customer.
We shall return customer's money up to 30 days to customer's account. The initial transport taxe will not be refunded.

*Circumference Bust: Measure around your body, under your arms and over the fullest area of your bust.Keep the measuring tape comfortably loose.
*Circumference Waist: Measure your natural waist line on the bellybutton and keep the tape loose.
*Circumference Hips: Measure around the fullest part of your body, placing the tape about 20 cm bellow the waist line and keep the tape loose
*Measure the inside length of the trousers from the point between legs till the trousers seam.
